The team is looking why those repositories went offline, but those repositories should no longer be used. The apt/yum.dockerproject.org repositories contain old versions of docker that have reached EOL two years ago. Current versions of docker can be found in the [download.docker.com](http://download.docker.com) repository; installation instructions to use the new repository can be found in the documentation at:

- centos/rhel: [https://docs.docker.com/install/linux/docker-ce/centos/](https://docs.docker.com/install/linux/docker-ce/centos/)
- debian: [https://docs.docker.com/install/linux/docker-ce/debian/](https://docs.docker.com/install/linux/docker-ce/debian/)
- fedora: [https://docs.docker.com/install/linux/docker-ce/fedora/](https://docs.docker.com/install/linux/docker-ce/fedora/)
- ubuntu: [https://docs.docker.com/install/linux/docker-ce/ubuntu/](https://docs.docker.com/install/linux/docker-ce/ubuntu/)

I will use these response to make a new post in gitlab forum. I think his CI Runner has outdated repos.
