Hello there!

I am wondering how do you manage git version pull and/or continous deploy in your project using docker.
Is there any solution that handles version pulling without rebuilding the entire container?
I wrote [a comment on this issue](https://github.com/moby/moby/issues/1996#issuecomment-374897786) because I am having quite problems with that, but I received no response so far.

Thank you in advance!
